My 3-year-old started with a sore throat after the low temperature had approximately 101.5. I thought it was a cold and fever would subside in a day or two days. It's been 5 days and still have a fever, sometimes randomly during the day. He added that yesterday they began to complain of a toothache. I checked and found that her gums red and swollen. Today, his hurt, gums even more that doen't want to eat something and it still has a fever. There were no other symptoms and no sores in the mouth.
