Back Pain Solutions Any Great Solutions To Back Pain During Pregnancy?

Any great solutions to back pain during pregnancy? - back pain solutions

I am currently pregnant with twins and had back pain from hell.

Has anyone a solution for this?

Plenty of rest, support by sitting and sleeping. Comfortable, can of course shoes and a good bra will help a little. Yoga, stretching and low-light conditions during pregnancy can help maintain the vitality - ask your doc, of course, on "preparation". They also sell "Belly Belt", the elastic Velcro straps, which help the stomach - or Ōnin motherhood maternity / are Mimi Maternity. Merciful to take for short periods up to a certain weight. Hope this helps,,,, try kneeling on his knees with his arms and head on a couch, he put a hot water bottle on the bottom of the story on the back .... os great job. .......... I hope this helps.

When I was pregnant and had terrible back pain, a friend suggested that I on my back and my legs and feet on a pillow, sofa or chair, or something that my legs were on my head. Do it for 15 to 20 minutes. It also works very well for people who are on their feet all day. Good luck, hope it works for you.

So I have nit twins, but I was very hard to get out of the implementation of all my children. I mean, the pain was very bad, but especially when I sleep. If this problem, try a pillow between your knees and has worked for me Hope this helps alittle.
